IMPACT glass windows and doors allowed for quite the experience but had none of the risk as experienced elsewhere. no issue post storm! The original owners selected this building for exactly those reasons. Picture the endless supply of exquisite sunsets. The sellers chose not to have a garden tub in the primary suite and instead chose to have an enormous linen closet. Speaking of great decisions, the standard two step kitchen counters were brought down to one level for ease of use but it sure opened up the kitchen to the gathering room!

Seller loved this condo but family has called him back north.
