25 acre property at the very end of Lyons. Hurricane Ian did a lot of damage to the mobile home so all size info is not correct. Seller states about 1/2 the M-H is habitable at this time but whole unit needs renovating. They didnt have Ins. FEMA promised to repair but never did. The zoning does allow for mobile homes as well as grazing animals. On the North side the property does go into the wooded area about 20′..
