Seagull Moorings is fenced in and gated with 24 hour access and consists of 38 covered wet slips, with lifts, near Cape Haze Marina. This slip comes with 2 deeded parking spaces and a dock box. Water and electric at each slip. Lift is about 2 1/2 years old and in good working order. The control box was replaced recently. Seagull Moorings have security cameras with mobile app, and one is facing the slip for a great view of your boat and motor. Slip size is 10 x 25, but the useable space is 9 x 25. It’s a short ride to Palm Island, Stump Pass, Boca Grande pass and the Gulf of Mexico.
