Very nice 888 SQ FT home also has 500 SQ FT apartment that needs some updates.. Main home is very nice & well cared for & will be sold somewhat furnished. Back apartment is currently rented for $950.00 a month & owner pays utilities – month to month rent. Back apartment has “no” working HT/AC unit. Wall AC & furniture is owned by the tenant. Breezeway W&D do not work. DO not know if the solar panel works. Items not staying; Both E-Trikes, Sewing Machine & cabinet, Desk, bookcase, hutch & personel items. No photos of back rented unit.
