Pet friendly! 2 pets are allowed per household – each pet will require a deposit, one time fee, and a monthly fee. Monthly fee is $25 per pet, deposit is $250, and one time fee is $300.
Has the option to be furnished – adds $1,500 to the monthly rental fee.
Shortest lease term acceptable is 6 months. Monthly rent for a shorter term lease will be $4,875.
