The guest bedroom has two closets. One of the closets could be used for linens as it has shelves already in place. The master bedroom is located on the backside of the unit with a walk in closet and views of the lake. Two lanais, one is screened, located in the front of the unit and an enclosed lanai on the backside that the living room and master bedroom have access to. It is just a short drive to stores, shops, beach, and restaurants. You can also reach US 41 easily along with I75 for commuting purposes. There is a community pool which is close and just a short walk from the unit. Beautiful lake views that remind you of peaceful moments and relax you completely. The lake views can be seen from the living room, master bedroom and enclosed lanai on the backside of the unit. If you are lucky, you might see the wildlife in their natural habitat. There is a clubhouse on the property where the community pool is located. No trucks, motorcycles, RV’s, boats, boat trailers or trailers of any kind. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. No Smoking permitted any where on the property.
