The in-season rate is $ 8,000, and the off-season rate is $4,500 monthly. A 1-month minimum lease is required. The month of December is available in 2024 for $4,500. The months available in 2025 are April – December. The booking policy entails one half of the total rent due at the time of booking, plus a hospitality tax if short-term (less than six months), and a $1,000 non-refundable booking fee for cancellation. Final payment is due 120 days before arrival for 2025, along with a $2,000 security deposit and $250 cleaning fee. The cancellation period is 120 days for 2025. Tennant will pay a transfer fee of $642.00 to HOA 30 days before arrival. All utilities are included, except the tenant pays for electricity if over $70.00 for the month.
