Rates for the year are as follows:
Low Season (May–September): $2750/month, not including bills. Tenants responsible for the monthly
electricity, water, and trash, depending on the usage. High Season (October-April): $3999/month + tenants
responsible for bills
Pets: preferably not, but it depends; we can talk about it.
Minimum of 3 months required: first month, security deposit of $1000 (refundable), and $185
nonrefundable cleaning fee (unless the tenant returns the place cleaned as it was, then the cleaning fee is
refundable). Application fees apply (depending on family size), and membership transfers are required.
For 6 months and more, require the first month’s security deposit, cleaning fee, HOA approval, and application fee.
