This home is a 5-minute drive to Venice Island, and enjoy restaurants, cute shops & boutiques, fishing, boat launches, and more. Upon entering the home, you will immediately be drawn to the cathedral ceilings throughout the entire living space. The living room has two large couches (one is a queen-size pull-out bed), an adjoining day chair, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of countertop space to prepare your family’s favorite treats! Adjacent, you will find a lovely seating area for four overlooking the pool. The sunroom has a large dining table that can seat up to six comfortably, with four additional barstools that can open up to the kitchen. The spacious primary suite has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Open the beautiful French doors to the private oasis. You have views of the mature landscaping and pool area. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has a large vanity with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located off the living room, has a queen-size bed with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom has a vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids! There is a bunk bed, a trundle bed, and a Smart TV. The third bathroom is on the same level and has a large walk-in shower. The outdoor oasis awaits! This completely caged rectangular-shaped private pool allows you to soak up that Florida sunshine all day long. There is an outdoor dining table that can seat up to six. Pack n Play and high chair available for your use. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Furry friends, welcome! A required $200 non-refundable pet fee is to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
