Lease Terms
1. Landlord is responsible for lawn care, trash, and water up to $100/month
2. Tenant is responsible for electricity, cable, internet and other desired services
3. This is a Non Smoking property. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property
4. Tenant must maintain the property in good condition and promptly report any maintenance issues to the Landlord
5. Lease termination; Upon lease termination Tenant must ensure the property is clean and in good condition, removing all personal property and disposing of trash properly
6. Parking. Use of the attached garage is included. Tenant should ensure vehicles are parked appropriately and not block neighbor access
7. Alterations and Modifications. Tenant must obtain prior written approval from Landlord to make alterations and/or modifications including paint, installing fixtures or other changes.
8. Pets. Small breed dogs and cats with Landlord approval
