The sliders open to warm breezes, amazing sunsets and the BEACH right beneath you. Comfortable furnishings both inside and out. Take a dip in the Gulf, go shelling and stroll for miles along the pristine shoreline of Little Gasparilla Island. This well appointed beach cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway, a small family or 2 couples. Maximum occupancy is 4. Pets are considered with approval and additional fee.

Please note: THIS IS A BOAT ONLY ACCESS ISLAND. You will need to park at the marina and take the water taxi over to the island at an additional fee. Golf Cart NOT included with this property. It is not safe to walk/drive over the septic tank. Caution must be taken.

Prefer to bring your own BOAT? Maximum length is 23 feet at the shared dock.
