About the resort: We are a Class A and Super C resort located in Webster FL approximately an hour from both Orlando and Tampa. All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups. Each lot is landscaped, however owners have the ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board. We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort (2 pet maximum).

POA dues are $843/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at the dumpster, water, sewer, and access to our 20,000 sq ft clubhouse , pickleball courts, and pool. The clubhouse features a Grande Room great for pot-lucks and gatherings, a library, laundry room, billiards room, craft room, business center with WiFi, and a fitness center. Electric is metered individually to each owner. Each owner at this time also provides their own internet.

As a fully deeded lot, owners have their own unique address. USPS comes to the mailroom in the clubhouse. Other delivery providers such as UPS, FedEx, and Amazon deliver directly to your lot. Additional services such as Kroger and Schwan’s also deliver directly to your lot.

Beyond POA dues, electricity, and internet, the only other occurring fees involved with the property are property taxes.
