Best location on a nice street 3 blocks south of Flagler Ave and 3 blocks to the beach. Very comfortable bungalow with nice upgrades and comfy beds. The perfect vacation home for FLorida living and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with all the goodies. master is a nice size with higher ceilings and lovely bath. Owner has a guest suite in the back and does live there but her work calls for her to travel so she is in and out. There is a shared laundry room in the back of the home. Rents monthly but she will consider someone until january as we have a returning guest.
