Craig has been extremely excited to lead the Sunbelt Management Services team and get to work with each and every owner & tenant throughout the portfolio. Craig’s introduction to Property Management and Real Estate came in 2018, after +10 years experience growing / scaling several VC-backed start up companies. Following a brief stint with a Short Term Real Estate Rental Startup company that brought him to Florida (from his hometown of Milwaukee, WI) he moved to Naples, where his prior experience helped to drive operational improvements and management of a 1,000+ unit portfolio. Here he had the privilege of training & learning from one of the best in the business. With a passion for technology, his fiance Jen, dog named Odie, the outdoors, sports (The Packers, Marquette basketball, Golf), and people – he’s had the opportunity to really hit the ground running.
